Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age - Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication Skills: - Experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender or server - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure - Experience with catering and banquet events is a plus - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions - Familiarity with using a cash register or POS system - Excellent sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service.
