Responsibilities
Prepare and serve all drinks to meet company standards
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Respond to orders, questions, complaints, and concerns in a polite and efficient
manner
Quick and efficient at serving customers
Observe relevant health and safety standards
Thorough knowledge of menu items and how to prepare them
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash
handling procedures
Able to work independently and with other team members efficiently
Qualifications
Basic mathematical skills
Able to work in a standing positions for hours at a time
Knows all recipes
Knows how all equipment works
Able to lead a team efficiently
Facilitate a positive environment and support a safe and productive workplace
Basic problem solving skills
Ability to properly and accurately assess situations quickly while adhering to
company policies
Must receive food handler training within 10 days of being hired
Punctual
Able to follow directions
Strong ability to multitask
Polite to customers
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a standing positions for hours at a time
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
