Mitigation Technician - Water Emergency Services

WrightWay Emergency Services is a family-owned emergency restoration company based in Nokomis, FL. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation, as well as an IICRC WRT certification or equivalent.

Job Duties:

• Manage and coordinate mitigation jobs from start to finish
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation services
• Conduct structural drying, dehumidification, and water extraction
• Identify and mitigate mold and microbial growth
• Perform content cleaning and pack-out services
• Utilize specialized equipment and tools to perform mitigation tasks
• Document job progress and complete required paperwork

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage, mold, fire, and contents mitigation
• IICRC WRT certification or equivalent
• Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work on-call and overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
