Mitigation Technician

Restoration and Mitigation company is looking for a Mitigation technician to join their team.
The Right Person for this position is motivated by being essential to the scope of work involved when disaster strikes, taking pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage) that aid their community.
Responsibilities:

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set upstaging areas and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end of day/end of job clean up and breakdown. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with superiors, co-workers, clients and subcontractors.
• Restoration/Cleaning industry experience preferred but not required.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
• Interested in learning new things.

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour DOE
