Job Type: FULL-TIME

An industry-leading, fast-paced clothing brand, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic in-house Missy Fit Model to join our innovative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our design process and to influence the comfort and fit of our multiple clothing lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trying on a range of garments for our sales, design, and technical teams to assess and improve the fit, drape, and visual appearance.
• Provide constructive feedback on the fit, movement, and feel of garments, as well as how the garment fits with the brand’s style and intent.
• Participate in regular fitting sessions, and showroom meetings with sales and buyers.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect for the confidentiality of designs and upcoming collections.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior modeling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Great communicator - Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and positive feedback.
• Comfortable trying on various types of clothing.
• Must be comfortable being seen by others in undergarments.
• Consistent in maintaining weight and measurements.
• Must be comfortable being photographed. 
• Be able to stand in heels for long periods of time.

To ensure the best fit for our garments, we are seeking a MISSY FIT MODEL with the following measurements:

• Apparel Size: Medium (8/10)
• Height: 5'6" - 5'7"
• Bust: Around 36"
• Waist: 28" - 29.5"
• Low Hip: 39" - 39.5"
• Bra Sizes: 34B Approximately

Salary: $95,000-$100,000
