Professionalism and Communication:

Job Title: Showing Agent (Contractor)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Hourly Rate: $75 per open house, $35 per individual property showing

Job Type: Independent Contractor with Flexible Hours (8-12 hours per month)

Job Summary: We are a rapidly growing Real Estate Company company based in Milwaukee, WI. We are seeking a Showing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own hours and play a crucial role in showcasing vacant rental units to prospective tenant and residential properties to prospective buyers

Choose your own hours! Tenant Open house times include:

• Weekdays from 2pm-4pm, Weekdays 3pm-5pm, Weekdays 4pm-6pm,
• Saturdays 10am-1pm, Saturdays 11am-1pm, Saturdays 1pm-3pm
• (15 mins before and after each open house for setup and clean up)

Prospective buyer showing times will be depending on buyer’s availability

Responsibilities:

• Open House Coordination:
• Set up and coordinate open houses for vacant rental units.
• Ensure each open house is well-prepared, including 15 minutes for setup, 15 minutes for cleanup and a 2-hour open house viewing window.
• Inspect grounds, vacant units, turn on lights and heat, and check amenity areas daily to ensure the property is "show ready."
• Ensure vacant units are securely locked after open house
• Provide sign-in sheets to the Property Management company.

Prospective Renter Interaction:

• Answer questions about the application process and rental qualifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential tenants.
• Communicate with clients and potential clients in a professional manner.

Application Process:

• Maintain accurate and updated knowledge of the company’s rental qualifications and the application process.
• Direct specific questions from potential tenants to the property management team.

Prospective Buyer Property Tours

• Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyer clients.
• Communicate with clients and potential clients in a professional manner.
• Ensure vacant units are securely locked after open house
• Communicating with buyer’s agent after every showing
• Take photos and videos of properties for buyers who are out of state

Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Present oneself in a professional manner during all interactions.
• Must be able to work independently

Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be comfortable traveling to and and working in different diverse neighborhoods between the northside and southside of Milwaukee
• Licensed real estate agents are preferred.

Availability:

• Flexible working hours, including common open house times on weekdays and Saturdays

Driver's License:

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Education and Experience

• Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required

Training:

• Training will consist of shadowing an open house with a current team member before conducting showings independently.
