This is a remote position.

Summary:
As the commissioned Military Relocation Specialist at Truevana, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our sales program. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our relocation assistance services to military service members and their families through proactive outreach, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to make a significant impact by growing a sales program from the ground up at a new and innovative company. You will have the autonomy to develop strategies, build relationships, and drive revenue, while contributing to our mission of redefining relocation assistance for the military community.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Truevana's relocation assistance services through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
  • Educate military service members and their families about Truevana's comprehensive relocation solutions, emphasizing the benefits of our streamlined approach.
  • Customize service offerings to meet the unique needs and preferences of individual clients, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
  • Provide detailed information on Truevana's housing coordination services, moving assistance, and logistical support, highlighting the value proposition at every opportunity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with military bases, commands, and support organizations to expand Truevana's reach and visibility within the military community.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and incorporate insights to enhance Truevana's services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Represent Truevana at industry events, trade shows, and military community gatherings to showcase our offerings and network with potential clients.


Requirements

Skills Required:
  • Familiarity with military culture, PCS processes, and the unique challenges faced by military families during relocation.
  • Proven sales acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong customer relations and service orientation, with a genuine desire to assist military service members and their families during relocation.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to embrace change and drive innovation.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.
Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Prior military experience with US military as a service member or dependent
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Based in the US
