Position: Military Health System Training Consultantand Help Desk Analyst
Location: Robins AFB, GA
Salary: $60k-$65k
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Sufficient experience, education, training, and skills to satisfactorily perform the requirements of the tasks below.
- Cerner MHS Genesis Train the Trainer (t3) certification is required.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software to assist with troubleshooting.
- Medical background
- Teaching and/or Training experience
- Familiar with Military and/or Government processes and procedures
- Relationship Building
- Great Customer Service
Tasks:
Training Consultant Tasks
- Creation of training material, presentations, and job aids.
- Conducts in-person and on-line training for Medical Health Systems (MHS) to include:
- Electronic Case Tracking (ECT)
- Health Artifact & Image Management (HAIMS)
- Joint Longitudinal Viewer (JLV)
- Joint Knowledge Exchange (JKO)
- MHS Genesis
- MiPACS (support)
- DICE (support)
Help Desk Analyst Tasks
- Provide customer service to MHS platform users via phone, email, and Teams teleconferences. Average 500+ Help Desk requests each month.
General Information:
Travel (Training and Optimization)
You will be required to visit twenty (20) Air Force Reserve bases annually. There are 10 non-co-located sites that have to be visited each year and 10 others as selected by need. The visits include meeting with the Local Communication Squadrons and Unit personnel. Providing any assistance needed for the successful performance of their duties when using the MHS platforms. One annual onsite (RAFB) training for Electronic Medical Health Systems in partnership with AFRC HQ Training Staff
