Bluehawk is seeking a Military Force Analyst. As a Military Force Analyst you will Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign Military Forces order of battle, but not limited to, foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition.
Responsibilities- Provides all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and EERC AOR-relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines, especially imagery in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge (i.e., Foundational Intelligence) on order of battle data.
- Produces Modernized Integrated Database (and / or follow-on systems) records including all source write ups and imagery analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with research and analysis
- Experience working in the DoD
- Experience with engaging senior government and military officials
- High School diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience working in intelligence, Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience working in intelligence, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in intelligence
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Additional Qualifications / Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
- Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR and Foreign Military Capabilities
- Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
