Migrant Summer School Elementary Teachers (Temporary)

Dates: June 20th-July 14th
Days: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
Times: 7:30AM-2:00PM

Location: Brixner Jr. High School

This job description applies to elementary, middle, and high school teachers, unless otherwise identified by a specific teaching assignment in an alternate job description. Additional responsibilities and qualifications may be added for a specific position by the supervisor.

Primary Function:
Hold or qualify for an Oregon teaching license through Teacher Standards and Practices
Commission with an ECE/Elementary endorsement and authorization and be considered highly qualified by the Oregon Department of Education.

Preferred Candidates: Bi-lingual, SIOP trained, ESOL endorsed teachers, CPI Trained, CPR

To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the
Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
