MIG Welder / Welding Fabricator

Up to $20/hr

We are looking for a MIG Welder to fill an opening immediately in our Morrison, Tennessee location. To be eligible for the MIG Welder position, you must commit to the following questions.

1. Am I comfortable taking responsibility for myself, never allowing myself to be a victim?

3. Am I strong enough to share specific feedback with my colleagues?
4. Will I be able to ensure clarity? Whether I have to ask for it or give it?

The qualified Welding Fabricator will be able to perform the following tasks.

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs
• Withstand working in high temperatures
• Work in a standing position for long periods, kneel, bend and work with arms above head, use hand-operated power tools
• Must be able to identify quality and build issues and notify appropriate person(s)
• Required to pass a drug screen and background check

Requirements of a MIG Welder

• The MIG Welder must have a high school diploma or similar.
• The MIG Welder must have excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
• The MIG Welder must have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• The MIG Welder must have a sound understanding of welding safety.
• The ability to teach would be advantageous.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
• The MIG Welder must have excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
