ULG Skilled Trades seeks production MIG WELDERS / ASSEMBLERS - 1st & 2nd shift - Kalamazoo

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Kalamazoo, MI
• Pay: $18 - $19 / hr to start
• Hours: 50 hr/ week
• Full time / long term
• Shift: 1st (6 am - 4:30 pm); 2nd (3 pm - 11:30 pm)
• Starts: ASAP after onboarding and WELD TEST

JOB DUTIES: Shop math and blueprint reading skills preferred (will train if needed). Assembling and welding air make-up equipment by measuring, cutting and installing components, mounting fans, motors, burners, manifolds, operating a cold saw, iron worker, shear, bending sheet metal. Operating a forklift and/or other lift equipment. Completing quality inspections, checklists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit a current resume showing welding experience;
• Complete onboarding, background, drug screen
• Pass ONSITE WELD TEST / INTERVIEW
