Requirements: Proven experience as a MIG welder with welding assembly experience in a manufacturing or construction environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, assembly processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Physical stamina and strength to lift and manipulate heavy materials.
