Job description

This position is for art instruction in Studio Art and Design. This includes the specializations of Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Ceramics, and Sculpture.
Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA), have significant teaching experience at the Middle School level, provide a portfolio of personal art practice, exhibit enthusiasm and skill for serving as a Middle School advisor, and demonstrate a record of innovation and professional growth in a school setting. Advanced degrees are strongly encouraged; state certification is not required.
Beyond these qualifications, we will give special consideration to forward-thinking applicants who possess a high level of professionalism, a commitment to a learner-centered environment, and collaboration with peers.
