ProCare Therapy is searching for a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for an Middle School placement in Centennial, COfor the 2023/2024 school year. Job Details:

• Position: Special Education Teacher (Middle School)
• Location:Centennial, CO
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Full School Year
• Caseload:Middle School
• Hours: 37.5+ hours per week

Qualifications:

• Experience in the following preferred:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education
• Colorado SPED Teaching Certification
• Previous experience in a SPED role is preferred
• Familiar with IEP's and EDP's

Responsibilities:

• Assess students' abilities and track their progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide support and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of students
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
