BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Lean Practitioner (Process Improvement) (Level 3 or 4) to join the 767/777/737NL Fulfillment Business Intelligent team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles.

  • Assists in formatting updated training materials.

  • Leads and facilitates Process Improvement efforts.

  • Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application.

  • Participates in strategy development.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience using lean principles.

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.

  • 3+ years’ experience working within cross functional teams.

  • Ability to work a variable shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in developing and implementing lean projects

  • 5+ years’ instructing and providing mentorship in lean principles

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced lean education (e.g. Certifications or in process of Certifications) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced lean education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $89,250 - $115,100

Level 4: $107,100 - $138,000
