Job Description:

Madi Lane Bridal is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Administrator to join our dynamic team in Utah. As a Microsoft Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Tenant Environment; particularly around User Access, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive storage, and AD Security. Occasionally, general computer support and off-hours store support will be needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft Infrastructure: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Admin Utilities, including:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Suite (Business Central Finance, Sales CRM, etc.)
  • User Admin Portal
  • Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive Admin
  • Active Directory
  • PowerBi
• Email Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Admin for user’s, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• User Account Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the User Admin Portal and Active Directory environment, and developing/ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
• System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Microsoft systems.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Microsoft servers and data, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect Microsoft systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
• User Security testing: deploy and measure responses to internal Phishing campaigns.
• Software Updates and Patch Management: Manage the deployment of software updates, patches, and security fixes for Microsoft systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance status as needed.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to address technical issues, provide user support, and implement IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Required), Masters a plus.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator or similar role, with expertise in managing Dynamics Business Suite.
• General IT support knowledge and computer hardware enthusiast.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are a plus.
