Job Summary:
The Wayne Health Mobile Unit (WHMU) was founded on a bold strategic vision to provide integrated "whole-person" physical and behavioral health services, including partnerships to address the social determinants of health (poverty, housing, transportation, food insecurity, etc.) that affect a person's health and well-being. Through a network of community health partnerships, the WHMU emphasizes early intervention and preventive care, in non-traditional community locations, such as neighborhood pharmacies, barber and beauty shops, schools, outreach events, mobile units and telehealth.
