MH Loan Administration

Position Summary:

FirstBank is seeking qualified applicants to fill our Loan Admin Position, which represents the bank in our Specialty Lending Division. This position works directly with our credit managers, processors and customers on our fast-paced lending team.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Processing loan applications
• Pulling credit reports
• Monitoring distribution lists
• Entering customer data into electronic databases
• Working with customers and retailers
• Fulfilling clerical duties
• Individual may also be assigned special projects/tasks as may be deemed necessary.
• This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

• Have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• This position will interact with customers and external vendors, so candidate should possess proper phone etiquette and handle different personalities well.
• Excellent relationship building skills and have an outgoing sales type personality to be successful in contributing to our expanding sales.
• This position requires the individual to be very detail oriented and precise with attention to detail.
• Fast-paced data entry.

Other Skills

• Strong Microsoft Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Data Entry – Previous data entry preferred, but not required.
• Education – At a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Excellent Written Communication – Able to write concise clear letters, reports, and emails.
• Detail Oriented – Able to pay meticulous attention to all aspects of a situation or task.
• Reliability – Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Accuracy – Typing skills are a must. Work is correct and error free and within company regulation policies and guidelines.
