ResponsibilitiesH-E-B operates over 280 pharmacies throughout Texas, but a lot goes on behind the scenes to provide a level of service that extends beyond filling prescriptions. The Rx Solution Center is a centralized department that provides tech and phone support to pharmacies and customers. As a Manager of Rx Solutions Center, you'll manage / supervise in a single functional area. You'll provide leadership and expertise to functional teams, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and ensure area budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met.Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service. 'Partner-owned' means our most important resources-People-drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.What is the work?Management:- Manages all operational responsibilities of Rx Solution Center including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, payroll, Human Resource issues, productivity measures, quality assurance, staff supervision, training, troubleshooting, etc. while working collaboratively with Rx Compliance, Regional Directors, and H-E-B Digital Team & other H-E-B departments.- Manages 30+ Partners' use of both RxEVO & call center software to efficiently service store & customer needs- Implements / maintains workflow and quality control methods; applies knowledge of all functions within the Rx Solution Center; promotes continuous improvement- Manages production efficiency and business service levels via use of labor scheduling; ensures appropriate resources are available to meet customer demands- Manages temp program (e.g., COVID hotline) - Manages pharmacy app customer support line- Prepares / delivers detailed recaps of business trends and Partner performance- Troubleshoots encountered errors within Rx Solution Center and works with vendors and other internal departments to resolve- Works with internal developers and vendors to continually update and enhance technology to improve customer / Partner experience- Controls efficient operation of software and hardware systems that support production- Supports all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and new initiatives- Assists in new Partner training and Partner readiness / competency- Analyzes business trends; collects information used to identify red flags or training opportunities for Store Pharmacy or Pharmacy systems- Seeks out / evaluates additional business growth opportunities for the Contact Center- Provides leadership in project design, development, analysis, and execution of new business growth opportunities for the Contact Center (e.g., mail order, specialty product, MTM services)- Serves as change agent- Assists Technicians with questions- Assist with Contact Center phones when needed- Performs pharmacist duties, including but not limited to: drug utilization review, patient counseling/recommendation, contact prescribers for prescription clarification- Ensures privacy and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) as required by HIPAA- Provides a caring environment for patients following H-E-B's phone etiquette guidelines- Serves as PIC of Contact Center class G Pharmacy; ensures Contact Center abides by all regulatory agencies, including the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) and federal (DEA)- Ensures that environment is clean and safe for all PartnersWhat is your background?- Bachelor of science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution- 3+ years of combined experience as an H-E-B Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager- Active license with Texas State Board of PharmacyDo you have what it takes to be a fit as a Manager of Pharmacy Customer Support at H-E-B?- Advanced organization skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Analytical skills- Ability to make key decisions on a daily basisCan you...- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods- Work rotating schedules- Regularly lift up to 20 Ibs- Use arms / hands in repetitive motion during the day01-2023Employment Type: FULL_TIME
