Location: Tampa, FL (3 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Strategy & Execution Manager to oversee and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that engage the right target audiences and foster engagement and trust with our brands. This position will work in conjunction with marketing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop effective integrated marketing plans. This role will require a strong understanding of marketing processes, project management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This individual is also curious about consumer and economic trends and how they influence strategy.


Salary Range: $110,000 - 125,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Work with VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy & Consumer Insights Director to develop annual marketing plans that drive new customers for all business units and new products
  • Brief creative agency partners on the development of creative strategy, copy development, in-market execution and work with them to get to best-in-class creative
  • Ensure that all marketing strategies and campaigns are implemented efficiently and effectively to achieve company goals
  • Lead PR and communication strategies, managing external agencies and setting the vision for what we are trying to accomplish
  • Compile reports of campaign performance and results, use data and feedback to improve new campaigns
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, brand management, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with communicating, influencing, and gaining alignment across all levels of management and business leaders
  • Strong creative eye with experience evaluating and developing communication materials; experience writing briefs and marketing campaign materials
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with strong project management capabilities
  • Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity, highly self-motivated
