Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate thorough penetration tests on systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Analyze and report on findings and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Manage and oversee the organization's vulnerability management program.
- Identify, prioritize, and oversee the remediation of vulnerabilities across the infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and maintain secure configuration standards for various systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for configuration management.
- Assist in incident response and threat hunting activities.
- Perform comprehensive technical analysis of security controls and identify any visibility gaps within the security infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance security controls and improve overall visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security analyst or related role.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing and implementing vulnerability management programs.
- Proficiency in configuration management best practices and tools.
- Expertise in conducting controls testing and visibility gap analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Splunk and other SIEM platforms desired.
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
