Our client, a leader in the metal fabrication industry is seeking a heavy lifting racker to join their team. You will be part of the fabrication team supporting production with racking and un-racking. The ideal candidate will have hand/eye coordination, eye for quality, and lifting ability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Metal Racking Associate
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
What’s the Job?
- Lifting metal parts up to 50lbs and placing on specified racks to be coated/treated/cured
- Handling customer products and tooling to avoid damages
- Monitor equipment to ensure performance and calibration
- Visually inspect product for quality
- Proper record keeping
What’s Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to pass a background check
- Great attendance track record and work history
