- Work with client SME on projects, installations related to Cisco WebEx.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to Cisco WebEx
- Excellent Customer service and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations.
- Change, ticket, Problem Management and resolving high severity issues related to Cisco WebEx.
- Work intra-teams to resolve Cisco WebEx issues.
- Person may have to travel to remote sites to help with Webex.
Technical
- L3 expert knowledge to installation, configuration, and management of Cisco WebEx hardware including WebEx Desk Series, WebEx Room Series, WebEx Board Series, WebEx Room Kit and Cisco WebEx Telepresence.
- Work directly with the Client SME related to design, and deployment, management, and troubleshooting issues related to Cisco WebEx hardware mentioned above, and Cisco Control Hub center (user management, compliance, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting).
- Installation, configuration and management of Cisco Expressway Core appliances, and integration with MS Exchange infrastructure with the help of in-house Exchange team.
- Maintain documentation of the Cisco WebEx environment and operational procedures
- Install, manage and troubleshoot Cisco AD DirSync.
- Optimize license utilization and suggest best practices.
- Analyze the existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions based on requirements.
- Provide performance engineering and optimization, knowledge transfer and mentoring.
