MES Programmer

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a Tier-1 automotive client in the Lansing, MI area seeking a MES Programmer for Direct Hire.

This position reports directly to the IT Development Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties of DexSys as described below:

• Support full Software Development Lifecycle for web, desktop, and server applications.
• Collaborate with internal customers to support manufacturing, warehousing, administration, and quality processes.
• Work with internal customers to create custom software solutions.
• Work with the Network Administrators to deploy a robust architecture that will facilitate growth of new applications.
• Support and train users on internal applications as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely fashion.
• Learn new systems and technologies as needed.

About the RoleWho we are looking forYour preferred qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in a technical field of study required. Two years’ work related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• MS SQL Server database development and administration
• C# (.NET Framework, .NET 5+, ASP.NET), Javascript/TypeScript, HTML5, VB
• Automotive sequencing, MES (SoliDat), programming and implementation
• IP networks using industrial printers, barcode scanners, and PLCs
• Exceptional organizational, communication and people management skills
