Your Future Team:
Hightower's M&A team helps identify, evaluate, structure, integrate, and finance Mergers & Acquisitions as part of a firm's ongoing growth strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the M&A Managers and Associates to help consolidate and summarize M&A prospect information discovered through marketing materials, public filings, and different other sources.
- Help in compiling approval presentations for internal use and potential external proposals.
- Use quantitative and analytical skills in financial statement analysis and valuation modeling.
- Build reports, dashboards and tracking mechanisms within our project management tool, Asana, to guide accountability and transparency of major deliverables throughout a deal cycle
- Apply advanced Excel skills.
- Always maintain confidentiality.
