Responsibilities:
- Assist in advising clients on M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and document preparation.
- Work closely with senior lawyers to develop strategies for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations affecting M&A and finance.
- Participate in the development of the firm's M&A practice.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a state bar.
- A strong interest in corporate law, specifically M&A and finance, with relevant academic or internship experience.
- Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a novel legal and business environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
