Job Description
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of the product and fixtures; setting to the directive provided.
- Ability to work independently and assess critical needs, notifying management immediately of any issues.
- Pull mark downs off our regular priced fixtures and work with store sales team to ensure sale merchandise is ticketed correctly.
- Act as Brand Ambassador, sharing product knowledge with sales team and customers. This is a key part of helping the Company meet and exceed our goals.
- Continuously fill in fixtures with back stock
- Maintain back stock area; keeping it neat and organized.
- Has a professional manner and builds brand awareness with customers.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous merchandising experience.
- Communicates well with Store Associates, Department Manager and MTM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to take pictures and send them into Corporate Team in a timely manner as well as filling out and submitting our visit checklist.
- Has access to a computer with excel.
Hours are approximately 5 to 6 hours a month, in July we will be adding 2 more hours a month.
