Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a set team, cleaning display areas, merchandising and conducting fresh food category planogram resets as specified by the retailers.
- Complete accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
- Monitor Policies & Procedures which will include (updating training manuals).
- Make store calls to maintain an inventory of client products.
- Main Point of Contact for issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Retail Supermarket Fresh Departments (Deli/Bakery)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, Teams)
- 2+ Years of Training, Mentoring and Coaching Experience
- Ability to Travel up to 60% of the time (Overnight Travel Required)
- Multi-site (territory) experience Preferred
