ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Merchandising team engages our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain Anheuser-Busch distributed product displays
- Stock coolers and shelves
- Rotate product to ensure freshness
- Pull-up shelves and face packages for quality presentation
- Remove damaged product from selling area
- Repackage damaged product
- Maintain product freshness and presentation
- Rebuild and restock displays
- Communicate inventory issues to sales representative
- Drive automobiles or vans to service retail accounts
- Lifting, bending, pulling and pushing (Lift up to 40 lbs. overhead, push/pull up to 220 lbs. on a two-wheeler)
- Project a quality product and company image. Willingness to learn. Flexibility and enthusiasm for job. Work in adverse weather conditions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Drivers License required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Beverage experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Able to lift, load, unload and move product weighing up to 165 lbs. as well hang merchandise materials
- Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
