RUN Studios and its client partner, an online retailer in downtown Seattle, are searching for a Production/Merchandising Coordinators who are organized, obsessed with details, deadline-driven. A successful candidate will be an effective communicator that can handle managing projects under tight and evolving deadlines. They can work independently with little supervision and/or collaborate with a team of producers and creatives to raise the bar with each project.
We'll need 5 Merchandising Coordinators to assist with this shoot starting mid-May, the duration will be anywhere from ~3 days to ~14 days.
Work will be on-site at the client's production facility in New York, NY.
As a Merchandise Coordinator, You Will
- Pull and prep selling reports and distribute
- Collect, enter and maintain data to discuss with cross-functional teams
- Adhere to due dates set by publishing and product development
- Check and log all merchandise
- Prepare and tag all samples for photoshoots
- Ensure accuracy of samples
- Maintain and organize sample closet
- Monitor inventory delivery to ensure that we immediately request any product we did not receive a sample of
- Track all samples that are shared
- Serve as a liaison for the company
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 1-3+ years fashion/merchandise industry experience, with prior experience in e-commerce photo production
- Knowledge of commercial e-commerce studio workflow
- Proficiency with database management tools
- Excellent time management skills and proficiency under pressure, with proven ability to handle heavy schedule coordination
- Ability to continuously manage multiple, high priority tasks and meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously across large, independent teams
- Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
- Proven sense of urgency and agility to adjust with changing priorities
- Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
Pay Range: $35.00 - $37.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
