Summary
- Project Management, Supervision and Field management of all aspects of assigned projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization, including client relations, quality control, and cost control of general conditions.
- Provide all the field documentation required by the Project Manager to manage contractual relationships with the clients, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Represent the Company in the field and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all construction work performed is of the highest quality.
- Assist Project Managers in formulating construction schedule and maintaining the schedule throughout the project from start to finish.
- Supervise employees, subcontractors and vendors to ensure both quality of work and contract compliance.
- Ensure that receipt of materials is properly managed by subcontractors.
- Secure all paperwork related to materials deliveries and send to the main office for reconciliation with invoices and purchase orders on a weekly basis.
- Schedule and direct all inspections with city officials, government agencies and private agencies as required; unless, contractually, this is the responsibility of others.
- Resolve problems as they arise regarding plans or specifications, conflicts with the architectural and other contract documents.
- Document corrective work, changes, and requests. The importance of pictures cannot be stressed enough; especially with regards to corrective work on panels, mis- fabricated materials, etc.
- Assist Project Manager with bidding, subcontract scope of work, pricing of owner and subcontractor change orders, and verification of costs.
Compensation/Benefits
Salary is negotiable $90-125K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
