About the Mental Health Therapist role:
- Provide high-quality outpatient counseling services
- Conducts culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families
- Provides outpatient individual and family therapy to patients based on identified needs
- Develops crisis plans, safety plans (when needed), relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support the maintenance of stable functioning
- Participates in case consultation, agency meetings, and discharge planning
- Completes billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames
- Provides collaborative care with our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff and other therapists to deliver exceptional Mental Health care
About You:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related degree required which results in licensing are encouraged to apply
