Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our Psychiatric Practice . As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing Mental Health challenges. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and improve overall Mental Health.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' Mental Health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a range of Mental Health concerns
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate Mental Health services

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience in child and family counseling preferred
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, applied behavior analysis, etc.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a non-judgmental manner
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and procedures
- Experience working with individuals with Trauma/PTSD is a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour
