We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical counseling and therapeutic services . Must have LCSW-C, LMSW, LPC, LGPC, LGMFT, LCMFT or PHD
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients.
· Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations.
· Complete all client documentations treatment plans, assessments, progress note, discharge summary etc.
· Complete follow ups with referral sources and other community providers.
· Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.
· Educate and involve family members in the treatment process when appropriate.
· Record and maintain adequate notes in an EMR system.
· Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each client situation.- Conduct diagnostic evaluations
