Rule 62 Therapy is excited to announce the launch of their new Residency program specifically designed for Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in Social Work who are working on their clinical hours for Virginia licensure. This unique residency program fosters a supportive, team-based environment for pre-licensed therapists to complete their requirements for licensure. Enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, competitive rates, as well as on-going training and business coaching offered online and in-person at our team office in Chantilly, VA.
Work remotely and set your own hours. As an independent contractor working with us, you will have the flexibility to build a schedule that works best for you. Therapists will be compensated based on a portion of the fees collected from their client sessions. Individuals hired for this position will be able to choose how many clients they want to take on and will be responsible for setting their own schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and counseling to individuals with Mental Health disorders
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions based on individual needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address specific needs
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health disorders and treatment modalities
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Ability to provide behavioral therapy interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counseling
Qualifications:
-Professional aptitude as a therapist
-Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
