Duties
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as behavioral therapy and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mental Health disorders and treatment modalities
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Proficient in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
- Ability to provide crisis intervention and support during acute situations
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of client information
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for treatment planning purposes
- Competence in providing direct support to clients in a compassionate and empathetic manner
