Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide therapy and counseling services to individuals with various Mental Health conditions. Your role will involve conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, art therapy, and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address Mental Health issues
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy, to promote healing and growth
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients with complex needs
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to Mental Health conditions
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
- Experience in art therapy or other creative therapeutic approaches is a plus
- Ability to provide psychotherapy for individuals with PTSD or other trauma-related disorders
- Knowledge of working with children and adults.
- Strong clinical counseling skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
