Mental Health Technician

**Job Title: Mental Health Therapist - Men's Health and Wellness Specialist**

**Employment Type:** 1099 or W-2 with benefits based on caseload amount per week

**Qualifications:**

- LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD required (exceptions for LPC on track for full licensure)

- Motivated individuals dedicated to building a caseload

- Specialization or strong interest in men's health and wellness, spirituality a plus

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide specialized individual, group, and/or couples therapy for men's health and wellness

- Incorporate a holistic approach that includes addressing spiritual well-being

- Conduct sessions via telehealth or in person in our beautiful office space

- Utilize available conference room space for group work

- Collaborate with a small, supportive team

- Engage in biweekly consultation meetings

- Contribute to the development and execution of therapeutic programs

- Proficient in both telehealth and in-person therapy
