The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the program directors and supervisors. This person will be responsible for the following: psycho-educational interventions, such as social skills training, management and monitoring of behavioral, conflict resolution, skill building, anticipatory guidance, helping consumers improve activities of daily, leisure activity increase. This person will implement the activities as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan. All activities will be documented through a weekly progress note.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. 40% Direct Care: provide interventions and direct care for consumer with severe and persistent mental illness and individuals with substance abuse diagnosis.
2. 30% Assisting with work groups: assist the director with developing work groups in each program.
3. 20% Processing Paperwork: assist with the developing and processing PCP’s, authorization, scheduling assessments, developing and maintaining logbooks.
4. 10% Transporting Consumers: assisting driver with transporting consumers.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
