About your Role:
As the Program Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of group home, training, supervision and scheduling of Certified Support Providers (CSPs). Ensuring adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines, coordination of client services, maintaining client records and quality assurance supervision. Regularly meeting/mentoring of Certified Support Providers as needed, staff placement, clerical, communication, organization assistance, new-hire documentation, orientation, scheduling staff for on-going training and training rosters; overseeing client financials and core comps.

Does the Following Apply to You?
- Valid OR Drivers License w/ good driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Services (or similar field) and two years supervisory experience in the area of Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health or equivalent experience preferred.
