Jars of Clay is an established virtual psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing trauma healing for vulnerable women in our communities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic therapists who are passionate about empowering women and helping them discover their true selves. Our practice focuses on offering high-quality Mental Health treatment to marginalized individuals, with a particular commitment to normalizing treatment within communities of color.

Position Responsibilities:
Under clinical supervision, provide individual therapy for adult female clients
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
Collaborate with clients throughout the treatment process and regularly monitor progress
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Make appropriate referrals to community resources when necessary
Adhere to practice policies and ethical standards
We are looking for talented candidates who:
Have an interest & one year of experience providing trauma therapy
Hold a master's degree in counseling
Are registered with DORA as a fully licensed clinician (or interested in seeking reciprocity in Colorado)
Demonstrate initiative and excel in independent work
Are openly communicative and collaborative
Have a desire to contribute to building a strong team
We offer:
Flat hourly rate of pay (fee for service)
Half hourly pay for No Shows/Late Cancellations
Flexibility to set your own schedule with 100% remote sessions (Minimum of 10 hours/wk required)
Full credentialing support with insurance paneling
