Position Overview:
Intown’s Team Program offers a variety of available positions to fit your coaching style and highlight your strengths. We offer Assistant, Instructor, Lead Coach, and Head Coach positions in our Preteam, DEVO, Xcel, and Men’s programs. We have over 200 kids in our Team Program and there is ample room to grow with part time and full time hours and management opportunities.

Intown Stars is seeking part-time instructors for Boys Recreational Gymnastics and Competitive Men's Gymnastics, Ages 5-16 years old.
Intown Stars has expanded to a new location and doubled in size with an entire 23,000 sq. ft. building dedicated solely to gymnastics. We are located in Decatur, GA an intown suburb of Atlanta. We provide quality gymnastics in a safe, fun and positive environment and currently offer preschool through Level 10 gymnastics. Our mens program now has over 100 athletes of all ages so we are looking for a new key team member who can allow us to continue to grow. Experience is a plus but not required, we are happy to teach anyone who’s willing to learn!

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will depend on experience and with what program you work. Intown provides a total compensation package that includes a competitive hourly/salary rate, benefits and other perks that are listed below. Competitive team instructors have the option of working salaried or hourly if they coach 20 hours or more.
- Hourly: $16-$28 / hour
- Additional compensation when coaching at competitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recreational: Past experience as a gymnast or instructor specifically with boys gymnastics
- Enthusiastic, positive and willing to learn
- Team/Competitive: Coaches must have flexible schedules and ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable and accountable
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with management, program participants, parents, members and community partners
- Able to support gymnasts and programs for long term growth and proper lesson planning
- Team player, able to offer and accept feedback.
- Must be available weekday afternoons and evenings as well as weekends.
