Men's Locker Room Attendant

Job description

The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards with regards to all services and operations pertaining to the Locker Room areas. Integrity and honesty are of the utmost importance as the members and guests rely on the Locker Room Attendants to maintain the safety and security of their personal property. The person in this position is encouraged to seek opportunities to create above standard service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.

Duties:

· Maintain and ensure immaculate Locker Room facilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Locker Room area using a ‘clean as you go’ philosophy. Locker/dressing areas picked up, vanity areas wiped down and cleaned after each use, towels stocked and stacked orderly, products straightened after each use, soiled towels and trash removed frequently, showers and toilets clean, dry and free of periodicals, trash, etc.

· Ensure safety for patrons by keeping floors clean and dry.

· Inform supervisor of all guest/member complaints and suggestions promptly.

· Ensure overall member satisfaction.

· Maintain sanitary conditions in all Locker Room areas in accordance with state and local regulations.

· Polish, clean, label, and provide proper care for men’s and ladies’ shoes.

· Recommend orders for equipment and supplies while maintaining inventory control for all Locker Room areas.

· Complete other assignments from supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work agreed upon schedule.

· Good communication skills and customer service oriented.

· Physically able to perform duties outlined above and more.

· Knowledge of shoe care, housekeeping, and golf operations

Weekdays, weekends and holidays. Set Schedule to be determined with candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (Required)
• Custodial: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
