Job Description:

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic person to join our team for a part-time position! The right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:

• Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
• Lead Management - consistent follow up on leads and prospects to drive traffic and appointments into the gym
• Service Excellence - Assisting with membership changes, accounts, and Lead Management
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged with nutrition info and in-club challenges
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facilitys equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate members
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
• Desire for longevity
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor!
• Must be very coachable
• You would be joining a small team of existing trainers and employees who are positive, fun, and working hard to change lives.
• Desire for part-time work, morning and afternoon hours with some flexibility
