Customer Service Associate

Driven CarWash, an emerging express car wash operator with a local presence in the Chicagoland area. We are seeking an energetic and ambitious sales associate to grow our membership base. Sales Associates are provided training and growth opportunities. Driven provides all Sales Associates (full and part-time) with a competitive compensation plan – Starting base pay of $15+ per hour, commissions on individual sales as well as monthly incentive pay resulting in attractive all-in compensation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Greet and assist customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention;
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards;
• Promote a safety conscious culture and safe working environment;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Participate in facility, equipment, and property maintenance;
• Go above and beyond to help customers & colleagues;
• Weekends and Schedule Flexibility is expected.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• A high level of initiative, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done;
• Customer service experience preferred;
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The candidate must perform this job safely by standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols.
