Job Summary: To provide clerical services as required that will, through maximum confidence and quality of job performance, contribute to the efforts in obtaining MTE's objectives and to promote a smooth and coordinated flow of material within the office and with other offices.
Job Requirements:
- Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player. (Humble, Hungry, & People Smart).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
- Ability to deal with angry or frustrated members or members who may not fully understand their situation.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday and can range from 7 am to 7 pm but not limited to these hours or days.
- Willingness to work at other MTE locations when needed.
