Tucked away as Glenview’s “hidden gem,” Valley Lo is a flourishing recreational center for families in the North Shore where we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service, paired with delicious food, modern cocktails, and constant family and adult programming. The beach is a major attraction in the summertime.

About the Position

We are seeking a few stellar Team Members to join as Beach Desk Attendants. Work in the beautiful lake-front environment checking in members and being a resource to them. It's important to be detail-oriented and provide wonderful customer service. The job requires weekend and holiday availability. It is a fabulous summer job!

About the Shifts

Sitting outside at our Beach Desk, we have shifts Tuesday-Sunday varying from 11:00am-8:00pm, from Memorial Day weekend through Labo Day. We are looking for someone who is available to work weekends and holidays.

About the Pay

$16.50-$17.75/hour plus other perks, such as a complimentary meal.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations

• Must possess an open, courteous, and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
