Description
This is a floating position that travels throughout the Gainesville region to different branches as needed.
Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm; Fridays rotating 8:45 am to 5:15 pm or 9:45 am to 6:15 pm; and 1 - 2 Saturdays per month
Role
This is a sales and service position to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. This includes explaining services, matching products to members needs, solving member issues, and processing loans. Member Services strives to establish relationships with Members so that Campus will be their primary financial institution.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with recommendations.
• Processes and closes loans for members and identifies other lending products that will enhance the financial condition of the member.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
• Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to recordkeeping according to Campus' policies and guidelines.
• Maintains member account information on computer system.
• Adheres to and follows all governmental policies and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Previous Teller and/or customer service experience preferred.
Education: A high school education or GED is required. A college degree is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products. NMLS registration is required.
