Job Description
Reporting to the Intake Business Director, the Member Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing new enrollments, including data entry, updates, and electronic submissions. They maintain electronic records of members' initial enrollments, provide enrollment records to the QA department, manage the Organization Case List in UAS, offer office support to the Intake/Outreach Department, and undertake additional duties as required.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9am-5pm
*must be bilingual in Chinese*
*preferably has knowledge of MLTC or previous MLTC; LHCSA or NYMC/Maximus experience*
